Redesigning Your Looks To Bring Out The Best In You

THE DROOPY FACE
ANN: All of Ann's features around theeyes point downward at the sides, and there is too much emphasis on the center of the face, making it look pinched and droopy. The focal point of Ann's makeover is going to be her eyebrows. By moving the arch upward and more toward the temples, her whole face will open up and be uplifted. She will follow the new eye-brow to direct the application of hermakeup.

RESHAPE THE EYEBROWS
Trace the outline of your face and eyes over yourphoto. Add the outline of your make up as you have applied it. Draw a line from the center of yourchin, straight up to the top of your forehead. Nowdraw a line from the center of your chin to where your eyebrow naturally curves. Finally, draw a line, slightly higher then the natural curve line and more toward the temples. This is where youshould create the new eyebrow arch.
ANN'S FINISHED LOOK
                 |
Draw a line from the center line, across the top of the newly shaped eyebrow. Draw a parallel line from the center line through the eyelid crease. Draw another parallel line from the center line from the middle of the lower lid to the outer corner of the eye .Apply your make up between the lines

THE OBLONG FACE
If your face is very long, you need softness and femininity to look your best

JANE: Jane has a very long face and a prominent nose. In this picture, her hair and makeup accentuate the length of her face and the prominence of her no and lower lip

DON'T
1.  Don't wear your hair too flat
2.  Apply blush horizontally.
3.  Wear eyebrows thick, close togethe and dark
4.  Apply blush too close to your nose.
5.  Expose your ears.
6.  Make the bottom lip bigger than the top llip
7. Stop eye shadow in the crease. It makes the   crease seem deeper and the distance from the to the eyebrows to look longer.
JANE'S FINISHED LOOK

DO:
1.  Wear your hair slightly  elevated on top.
2.  Use very little blush, applied in an upward curving arch
3.  Tweeze between brows to maximize distance between them and shortens the nose.
4,  Begin blush application under the middle of the eye.
5.  Style hair with volume on the sides
6.  Make upper and lower lips even
7.  Apply eye shadow on the exterior corner of the eye, continuing all
the way up to the brow
.

SQUARE FACE
FAITH has a square face which is a sign of courage perseverance - a very common face among beautyfulwomen.

DON'T
1.  Wear your hair round with heavy bangs. This makes the face too round
     and aggressive
2.  Place blush too high and round on cheeks. This accentuates the lower
     part of the face
3.  Cover up eyebrows. This makes the face look too garrish
4.  Accentuate the bottom lip. This makes the jawline too round.
5.  Apply heavy mascara and dark shadow in the crease. When seen in       combination  with the heavy blush and very red lips, the face looks overly
made up and hides the natural warmth of the face
.

DO:
1.  Wear hair softly and lightly around the face for a more feminine look.
2.  Place blush slightly underneath the cheekbones and along the jawbone
     to frame the face.
3.  Lift the color of the eyebrows one or two shades lighter than the hair
color  and add a slight curve to soften the overall look of the face.
4.  Add a curve to the upper lip to put it in proportion with the lower lip,
    and create a softer look.
5.  Place eye shadow blending upward to brow bone and slightly past the
outer corner of the eye. This adds intensity to the expression of the eyes
and is a more feminine look than dark, heavy eye make up
